Home Staging Lead Installer
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Home Staging Installer / Team Lead to join our growing team!
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on home staging experience who can lead a crew, manage installations, and ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll oversee setup, direct the on-site team, and coordinate with the designer for final touches. You’ll also handle removals—carefully shrink-wrapping and padding furniture for safe transport back to the warehouse or to the next project.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of home staging and moving experience (required)
- Proven leadership skills – able to manage and motivate a small team
- Clean driving record and at least 2 years of experience driving moving trucks
- Strong understanding of furniture installation, placement, and logistics
- Positive attitude, punctual, reliable, organized, and efficient under time pressure
- Must have own transportation to and from the warehouse
- Part-time or full-time availability, including occasional weekends
