Staging Process

1. Consultation

We meet with you at the property and do a walk trough taking pictures and measurements. Discuss goal, process, timeline, and budget.

2. Proposal

We prepare the home staging proposal & agreement designed to meet your home's needs detailing furniture, decor, cost and timeline.

Owner occupied properties also include a list of things that need to be removed and what to display.

3. Install Staging

Staging is usually done in one day. We ask for an additional day in case we need to make any last minute adjustments or special touches.

4. Remove Staging

Removal team de-stages property at an agreed upon time it usually takes a few hours. Removal of staging must be scheduled at least 5 days prior to close.
