Staging Process

1. Consultation

We meet with you at the property and do a walk-through taking pictures and measurements. Discuss goal, process, timeline, and budget.

2. Proposal

We prepare the home staging proposal & agreement designed to meet your home's needs detailing furniture, decor, cost, and timeline.

Owner-occupied properties also include a list of things that need to be removed and what to display.

3. Install Staging

Staging is usually done in one day. We always confirm when photography is to be done, and have never had to have our realtor partners reschedule.

4. Remove Staging

The removal team de-stages property at an agreed-upon time it usually takes a few hours. Removal of staging must be scheduled at least 7 days before close.

How long is your staging period?

We offer 45, 60 or 90 day staging periods and weekly extensions can be done thereafter.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we also accept Venmo & PayPal.

How long have you been in business & how many homes have you staged?

We opened 2015 and have staged over 1000 properties and counting.

Do you own or rent furniture?

We own 100% of our furniture, as well as our trucks and equipment.

Do you patch and touch up walls after removing art work?

We patch all nail holes and will touch up if paint is provided by agent or homeowner.
